Co-Founder, Chief Executive Officer
As founder and CEO of Qualteh, Moise has had a central role in shaping the company´s vision and direction. From the beginning, he has built Qualteh into a robust player in the mobile software market with a strong client portfolio and a great team, managing to establish a powerful company culture based on excellence, visionary approach and commitment.
Before founding Qualteh, Moise was one of the shareholders and the Managing Director of RDC Computers, one of the largest IT retail chains in Romania till 2008. In 1998, he founded Medianet, one of the main integrators of hardware and software solutions in the western Romania, that he still owns, in perfect collaboration with Qualteh, to provide complete and complex solutions to their clients.
Moise holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from “Politehnica” University of Timisoara, and attends the MBA classes of Hult International Business School.

Commercial Director
As co-founder and Commercial Director of Qualteh in UK, Christian leads the commercial growth of the company in Western Europe and North America.
In the past, Christian has held leadership roles in revenue management, commercial development and operations management for leading international travel companies. He also has considerable experience in the implementation of IT solutions within the travel industry from the client side. More recently he has been advising companies on commercial strategies, business processes optimisation and revenue management as an independent consultant.
Christian holds a Master of Business Administration from HULT International Business School in London, UK and a Bachelor of Business with major in Marketing from Queensland University of Technology in Brisbane, Australia. He is also a qualified PRINCE2® Practitioner in project management.
Co-Founder, Chief Operating Officer
As a founder and COO of Qualteh, Lucian provides the technical and visionary leadership to the Engineering team, and drives the technical architecture, design and implementation of all our products.
Prior to founding Qualteh, Lucian holded the position of Software Engineer Manager at A-Soft, a software developer in Timisoara, Romania.
Lucian holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from “Politehnica” University of Timisoara.
“Whether you think you can, or you think you can’t, you’re right.” (Henry Ford) is the motto that guides Lucian in his work, pushing him to reach the highest peaks in the development of mobile applications.
Certified Technology Specialist
As part of this team even from the beginning, Walter has had a huge contribution to some of the main applications developed by Qualteh, bringing his spirit to the raise of company.
Before joining Qualteh, he worked as IT manager in companies as RDC Computers, Medianet and New Computer Business, with Moise Jurca.
Walter holds a Computer Science – Hardware Engineer Bachelor’s Degree from “Politehnica” University of Timisoara and various Microsoft certifications.
“I’m all addicted to IT hardware technology”, he says, “but software development has become a new passion for me. That is why I accepted this change as a new challenge and a new perspective in approaching new steps in my career”.
