  • IQroute is a turnkey customer-server solution configured to customer processes, the ideal solution for managing communication between coordinators and drivers.

    IQroute

    Built on the IQteh platform, this solution has customer-server architecture, requiring so uniform management of conveyed information. The influence of information placed in a point of the system (from any desktop computer, laptop or BlackBerry smartphones) will be visible in all the modules of the solution according to levels of access.

  • IQroute will provide all the information about orders flow, communication between drivers and coordinators, orders status and warnings on expiry documents/ delivery note, in addition to:

    • Sales fleet automation;
    • More efficient communication with drivers (coordinators send them details where to load or where to refuel, according to the supply contracts and prices);
    • Cost reductions with communications, fuel, incidents etc.;
    • Cash flow provided, by immediate invoicing after the CMR is pictured and sent through the system;
    • Reduction of the roaming costs (because most of the information circulate through the application, there is no need for phone call or messages);
    • Identification of the car on the map and rapid intervention in case of any incident.

  • The solution is multi-module and multi-user built, with levels of access on modules:
    1. Transportation Coordinator Desktop Module
    2. Transportation Coordinator Smartphone Module
    3. Desktop Sales Module
    4. Smartphone Driver Module
    5. Desktop Reporting Module
    6. Administration Module

    IQroute will provide all the information about orders flow, communication between drivers and coordinators, orders status and warnings on expiry documents/delivery note.

    Users have access to modules depending on the type of user privileges which they belong to:

    • administrator (access to all modules);
    • manager (access to all modules, no administration);
    • coordinator (access only to coordinator desktop and smartphone module);
    • driver (access only to smartphone driver module).

    Administration and Management Module: Desktop/ laptop with Microsoft Windows XP, Mac OS X, Linux; tablet PC with iOS 7.0, Android 4.0
    Server Module: SO: Windows Server 2008; Databases: Oracle 9, MSSQL 2005, MySQL 5, PostgreSQL 9
